Universal.one introduces uTrackMeds at Reuters Pharma Customer Engagement USA 2026

PHILADELPHIA · OCTOBER 27, 2026

Universal.one, Inc. is introducing uTrackMeds at Reuters Pharma Customer Engagement USA 2026, held in Philadelphia on October 27–28. The team is exhibiting at Booth 11.

uTrackMeds is a white-labeled patient engagement platform for specialty and long-interval medicines. It works inside a manufacturer’s existing patient support program, with no EHR integration required. Once patients enroll in the program and give consent, uTrackMeds keeps them connected between doses through dose reminders, symptom and wellbeing check-ins, secure chat with a support nurse, video consultations and wellness tools, all in one app under the brand’s own name.

For brand and patient-services teams, uTrackMeds shows how patients are doing between doses. AI-enabled decision support flags patients who may need attention, and the client’s team reviews every flag and decides what happens next. Possible side effects are routed to the manufacturer’s drug safety team. Brand teams receive consented, de-identified insight into adherence, persistence and the reasons patients stop therapy.

uTrackMeds runs on the Universal.one platform, which supported a federal vaccination program in which approximately 840,000 people were vaccinated across four border states. It is the newest addition to the Universal.one ecosystem, alongside uConsult (telehealth), uWellness (corporate wellness) and uVax (vaccination management).

“Brands know who prescribed their medicine. Very few know who is still taking it months later,” said Dr Johan Pretorius, Co-Founder, Chairman and Group CEO of Universal.one. “uTrackMeds closes that gap, from prescription to persistence.”

Universal.one is selecting a pharmaceutical or biotech pilot partner for 2027. Visit Booth 11 or contact the team to arrange a demonstration.
