Is uTrackMeds integrated with an EHR?
It doesn’t need to be. uTrackMeds connects at your patient-support program, where the patient, the medicine and the schedule are already known. We tailor the connection to your hub, with no new work for the prescriber’s office.
How do patients enroll, and how is consent handled?
Your patient-support program enrolls the patient as it does today. uTrackMeds is named in your program’s consent wording, so the patient can opt in with one click. Joining is optional, is never a condition of getting the medicine, and the patient can opt out at any time.
Isn’t this just another reminder app?
No. Reminders are only the start. uTrackMeds also captures check-ins, symptoms and reasons for stopping, delivers your approved education, and connects patients to your nurses. Your team sees adherence, persistence and the reasons behind them.
What data do we see, and who owns it?
Your brand dashboard shows consented, aggregated and de-identified data. Individual patient details stay with the support team that serves them. Program data belongs to your program and can be exported to your systems.
How do you handle adverse events?
Possible adverse events mentioned by patients are flagged and routed to your safety team within the timelines in your safety agreement. We agree the process with your pharmacovigilance team before launch. The app also encourages the patient to contact their doctor or your nurse, and to seek urgent care if symptoms are severe.
Will your team review the content?
Yes. Patient education and messages are your approved content, and nothing goes live without your sign-off. The app carries your branding.
What results do you have in the US?
uTrackMeds is new, and we don’t claim US outcomes yet. We prove them in a 90-day pilot, with success measures agreed before launch. The platform behind it is already battle-tested in the US: it supported a federal vaccination program with DHS and CBP, where approximately 840,000 people were vaccinated across four border states.
